Draft privacy notice
Little Luxury Rides will use personal information to manage bookings, operate the hire safely and communicate with the booking adult.
Proposed booking information includes the adult customer’s name, mobile number, email address, event address and booking details.
For rider suitability, the business proposes collecting each child’s first name, age and approximate weight. A surname or separate emergency contact is not required.
Card details will not be stored by Little Luxury Rides. The chosen payment provider will process card information. Booking, email and messaging providers will receive only the information needed to supply their service.
Website enquiries are transmitted to the business inbox using FormSubmit. The enquiry contains only the information entered into the form. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for up to 30 days.
A child’s first name, age and weight will be deleted or anonymised when no longer required for contractual, legal, insurance or safety purposes. Adult transaction records may be retained for the appropriate legal period.
Marketing messages require separate, explicit consent and will include an unsubscribe option. Photography or video use for marketing requires separate media consent and will never be bundled into the rental terms.
The public website will use a consent tool before non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are activated. Essential booking and security technologies may operate where required to provide the service.
